How to track your order
- Once your order is dispatched, we send a tracking number to your email address.
- Visit our order tracking page: amastristech.com/apps/track123
- Enter your order number and the email address or phone number used on the order to view the live status of your shipment.
When will tracking update?
Tracking information becomes available once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier. All times are business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays): order processing takes 3–5 business days, and delivery takes 9–20 business days — a total of 12–25 business days from order. Tracking may take a few days to show movement after dispatch.
