Who is Amastris Tech?
Amastris Tech is the trading name of Amastris Tech Ltd, a UK-registered company (Company No. 17052875). We are an online-only retailer of modern LED lighting and tech accessories. We do not manufacture our own products — we carefully select and source them from trusted suppliers, and orders ship directly from our suppliers in China to your address.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Germany, France, and Spain.
How long will my order take?
All times are in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays):
- Order processing / handling: 3–5 business days
- Delivery / transit: 9–20 business days
- Estimated total: 12–25 business days from the time you place your order
Because items ship directly from our suppliers, delivery takes longer than a local warehouse would. You will receive tracking by email once your order is dispatched.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders to every country we serve.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
For some destinations, international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by your local authorities. Where these apply, they are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can check your order status any time on our Track Your Order page.
What is your return and replacement policy?
Your satisfaction matters to us. Timeframes are calculated from your confirmed delivery date:
- Refund: request a full refund within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
- Free replacement: request a free replacement within 48 hours of confirmed delivery for any damaged, defective, or incorrect item — at no cost to you.
