Eligibility
We offer a full refund or free replacement for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. The timeframe depends on which option you choose:
Full Refund: Contact us within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. We will process a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically reflected within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Free Replacement: Contact us within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date. We will ship a replacement item at no additional cost to you. Replacement shipping times are the same as your original order.
How to Submit a Request
To be eligible for either option, you must include:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photo or video evidence of the damage or defect, along with photos of the packaging

3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
4. Once approved, your refund will be processed or your replacement will be dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Important Notes
• Refund requests submitted after 14 days of delivery are not eligible.
• Replacement requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery are not eligible.
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling after delivery is not covered. • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
Please note that our refund and replacement timeframes are calculated from your confirmed delivery date, not your order date. Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, you have 14 days to request a full refund or 48 hours to request a free replacement for any damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We recommend checking your tracking information regularly so you are aware of your delivery date.
