We offer free shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are between 12–25 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays, or logistics factors beyond our control.

Shipping Information Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Amastris Tech is not responsible for packages delayed or undelivered due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Significantly Delayed Packages

If your package appears significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@amastristech.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Please note that our refund and replacement timeframes are calculated from your confirmed delivery date, not your order date. Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, you have 14 days to request a full refund or 48 hours to request a free replacement for any damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
