Return & Replacement Policy

 

At Amastris Tech, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been successfully delivered.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send you a free replacement at no additional cost.

Eligibility for a Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery of your order (based on the carrier's confirmed delivery timestamp).
  • Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photo or video evidence of the damage or defect.

How to Submit a Replacement Request

  1. Email support@amastristech.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the damaged or defective item, as well as photos of the packaging.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
  4. If the damage or defect is confirmed, a replacement will be shipped within 2–3 business days of the completion of our review.

Important Notes

  • Replacement requests submitted after the 48-hour delivery window are not eligible.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling after delivery is not covered.

United State ,United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Netherlands, Austria, and Spain.

Please note that our refund and replacement timeframes are calculated from your confirmed delivery date, not your order date. Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, you have 14 days to request a full refund or 48 hours to request a free replacement for any damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We recommend checking your tracking information regularly so you are aware of your delivery date.
